All our rooms have a double bed. For the second person, if you wish a second bed, this extra service is charged at €10.

The deposit must be made by bank transfer and the balance in cash or by credit card at the end of your stay.

RESERVATION CONDITIONS
Article 1 – Purpose
This contract is intended for the exclusive use of booking stays in guest rooms. The best welcome will be reserved for our guests. The owner undertakes to welcome guests personally with all due attention to facilitate their stay and knowledge of the region.
Article 2 – Length of stay
The customer signing this contract, which is concluded for a fixed period, may under no circumstances claim any right to remain in the property.
Article 3 – Booking
Reservations become effective once the customer has sent the owner a deposit of 25% of the total price of one night per room booked. Prices are inclusive of all charges. This deposit can be paid by cheque or bank transfer. This payment is required if the reservation is made less than 7 days before the start of the stay.
Article 4 – Cancellation by the customer
All cancellations must be notified to the owner by letter, fax or e-mail.
4-A – Cancellation before the start of the holiday: if the cancellation is made more than 8 days before the start of the holiday, the deposit will be returned to the customer. If the cancellation is made less than 8 days before the start of the holiday, the deposit will be retained by the owner..
4-B – If the customer does not show up before 8 p.m. on the day scheduled for the start of the stay, this contract becomes null and void and the owner may dispose of his guest rooms. The deposit remains the property of the owner, who reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of the accommodation.
4-C – In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of the accommodation shall be retained in full by the owner. Any additional services not used will be reimbursed.
Article 5 – Cancellation by the owner
If the owner cancels the holiday before the start of the holiday, he must inform the customer by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
Without prejudice to any claims for damages, the customer will be reimbursed immediately for any sums paid.
Article 6 – Arrival
The customer must arrive on the specified day from 5pm. In the event of late or delayed arrival, the customer must inform the owner.
Article 7 – Breakfasts
Breakfast is served between 7.30 am and 9 am. A margin of 1/4 hour before or after this time is accepted at the customer’s request.
Article 8 – Payment of the balance
The balance of the cost of overnight stays, drinks and additional services must be paid to the owner on departure. Payment can be made in cash, holiday vouchers, cheques or credit cards.
Article 9 – Tourist tax + additional departmental tax.
The tourist tax and the additional departmental tax are local taxes that the customer must pay to the owner, who then transfers it to the public treasury.
Article 10 – Use of the premises
Customers must respect the peaceful nature of the premises and use them in accordance with their intended purpose. No meals may be taken in the rooms. They undertake to return the rooms in good condition and must declare any damage for which they may be responsible and assume responsibility for repairs.
The entire house is a non-smoking area.
Article 11 – Capacity
This contract is drawn up for a specific number of people. If the number of guests exceeds this number, the owner is entitled to refuse additional guests.
This refusal can in no way be considered as a modification or a breach of the contract at the initiative of the owner, so that in the event of the departure of a number of guests greater than those refused, no reimbursement can be considered.
Article 12 – Animals
Pets are not allowed. In the event of a customer’s departure due to the refusal of his or her pet, no reimbursement will be made.
